Momoh Omokhigho (Chief Executive Officer)
Momoh Omokhigho has exceled in leading teams to exceed customers and stakeholders’ expectations, by optimizing existing structures without deploying additional resource. This led to an increase in the bottom-line through efficiency driven improvement. As Regional Manager Retail Sales, Oando Marketing, South West and Kwara State, this was the strategy deployed in exceeding Oando Marketing’s Regional Gross Margin target of =N=2.5b for the year 2011. This was again repeated while operating a franchise with Acorn, Kaduna.
Momoh has expertise in the following areas:
- Retail Sales and Marketing of Petroleum and allied products
- Value chain Logistics from Order to Cash in the downstream sector, that is activities of Terminal Operations, Receipt of Products from vessels, Transportation and Distribution of Products to varied Locations, Customers and Retailing.
- Training driven improvements by identifying and plugging knowledge and competency gaps.
- Building leaders, whom have gone on to take strategic leadership positions in some of the biggest companies in the downstream sector in Nigeria.
- Has a gift for identifying and optimizing existing assets by continually improving on existing processes, procedures and putting the customer as the focus.
During his over 10 years in Oando marketing, Momoh worked in Operations, Distribution, Customer Care, Control and Standards (training in addition) and Sales and Marketing. He is credited with developing most of the materials extensively used in the training of the Downstream Sales force in Nigeria. Momoh is an ISO Certified Internal Auditor.
Momoh has a degree in Industrial Physics from the University of Benin (1999), and a Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Transport and Logistics (2008), this also qualifies him as a Chartered Member Institute of Logistics and Transport, Nigeria and United Kingdom.
Represented the University of Benin in Volleyball and won Bronze in both the West African University Games, 1995 and Nigeria University Games, 1998.
Momoh left Oando in 2012 March, to build a successful business in Oil and Gas, downstream, Building of Infrastructure, Training and Consulting Services, was how M&A Logistics Ltd was birthed.
